With todays great Northwest snow storm, only one person came out to a class! It was kinda perfect though for him seeing as how he just got over some horrible burns from a water heater accident. Todays workout was a simple muscular endurance program: 100 of each - pullups, box stepups & situps(no time limit). After being gone for two weeks, it was sort of a bootcamp to get going again for Anthony! We also continued our November 200 swing challenge!
