I’m writing this testimonial on behalf of Nic Anderson and Kettle Bell training. I am currently a personal trainer. I’ve been active my whole life, from gymnastic and cheerleading to aerobics, weightlifting and running. I’ve gained and carried the nagging baby pounds…for years. I love Kettlebell Training with Nic Anderson! Last week I increased my training sessions from twice a week to three times a week. In just a few sessions with Nic I have noticed increased strength in my arms, legs and abs as well as overall improved fitness. With my busy schedule, this 45-minute workout routine provides the strength conditioning I was looking for as well as heart-pounding cardio. Nic helps keep the class fresh by continually changing the routine and adding new movements. He also monitors my improvement and adjusts the weight of my kettlebell for maximum effect. At age 54 I was looking for an effective training regimen that would be safe and fun. I found it!

I was skeptical about 20 minute workouts at first; I am a runner and I use to think a good work out was only achieved with time. But I felt just as worked, if not more so, from a 20 minute Kettlebell workout with Nic then I did from a 4 mile run. This is a whole different kind of workout. Nic is knowledgeable, well-organized, and truly takes his time with each individual to make sure they can maximize each session with him (even the uncoordinated ones who need to be shown the same thing over and over again to fully grasp the correct movements, like me). Every workout is new and exciting, and best of all, efficient!

It has been over a year since I have actually taken the time to clean up my day and work out. Nic is a great teacher! He is knowledgeable and patient with every client and brings a new definition to understanding individual client's needs. Everyone is different. What works for one individual does not always work for another. Nic provides a unique strategy and plan for each client. There is never a dull workout. Each workout is new and refreshing and only 20 minutes!

Nic's training regiment was the most effective training I have come across yet. I'm currently a Green Beret in the US Army Special Forces and have been exposed to many types of physical training. When deployed I survive on a quick workout that gives me the results I need. Nic's training also requires very little space which is essential in a hostile zone; no long distance running. Nic was a great teacher for this new type of exercise and I look forward to testing my limits further when I train with him again!

Of all the systems i've used to get in shape, Nic's was the most comprehensive. He didn't just hand me kettlebells and start shouting slogans at me (although there was a lot of that). He made sure I was working out right, eating right, and most importantly, ENJOYING the process. Now I only date supermodels and drive foreign performance cars! all kidding aside, Nic makes sure my results build up.

Nic is an amazing instructor! I started training with him a little over a month ago and have already lost 12lbs and 4 inches off my waist! I've never experienced workouts like the ones he has given me! The best part about training with kettlebells is that the workout is so fast and intense!
