PRIVATE KETTLEBELL TRAINING
This is for the first time kettlebell user or anyone who wants specialized attention. We will spend the first session evaluating your current fitness level and learning safe and effective lifting technique both with kettlebells and without. This builds the foundation, and then in further sessions we will use the kettlebells to get the best workout! We can use a variety of exercise equipment and drills to make training effective and fun. The real value of individual training is that it is totally customized to YOUR needs as opposed to the larger group classes that are for overall more intense fitness.
