We're looking for the person who works 30,40,50,60,70 hour weeks. We're looking for the person who says they are too busy and have no time to work out. Personal Training includes a comprehensive set of sessions customized to your current status and fitness goals. Each set of trainings includes the following:
>>One-Hour Orientation Session
>>Customized Diet Plan
>>Customized Cardio plan
>>Customized Kettlebell, Free Weight, Circuit, etc. Training (Depending on your objectives)
>>Customized Interval and TABATA training
>>The Motivation and Accountability you need to reach your goals!
Training Sessions can be purchased in 1, 3, 6, 12, 24, and 36 session increments.
Personal Training Locations
WORLD PREMIER FITNESS serves the south puget sound, mainly THURSTON countY. We're based in LACEY, WA and currently personal train with people from CENTRAILIA & CHEHALIS to WEST OLYMPIA & HAWKS PRAIRIE.
Our trainers can conduct training at your home (as long as it's located within THURSTON countY) or at our current outdoor locations. We are able to setup training at your current gym so you don't have to give up your membership, please contact for more details!
