There is not alot of information we're gonna give you on this program because this is an invitation-only class. This class is not a stand alone fitness program, it is to be used along side of your current training program as a way to increase overall strength & conditioning. Everything from barbell & bodyweight exercises to kettlebell strength & endurance exercises will be practiced outside the normal realm of your standard programs.
